In recent years, CCUMC became increasingly involved with the community. The church has hosted various events like, weekly farmers market, summer concert series, and a Christmas tree lighting ceremony. CCUMC also partners with other organizations to provide services to the community such as the local food bank and homeless shelter.

CCUMC is a vibrant and active church committed to serving the community. The church is open to all people, regardless of their background or beliefs. The church is where people can unite to worship God, learn about the Bible and serve others.
